(Summary description) The General Office of the State Council of China issued the "Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Comprehensive Work Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan", and LEDs, power electronic devices, energy-saving services and contract energy management will benefit from the "Notice".
