All provincial quality and technical supervision bureaus will stop accepting the products involved in the production license administrative examination and approval project decided by the State Council from now on. 2. For the applications of enterprises that have been accepted, the relevant provincial quality and technical supervision bureaus, product review departments and product quality inspection agencies will continue to complete the review of production conditions, product quality inspection, and material summary and submission of the enterprise in accordance with the prescribed procedures. For qualified enterprises, AQSIQ will issue a production license certificate; if the enterprise submits a written application to the provincial quality and technical supervision bureau not to continue to apply for a production license, the provincial quality and technical supervision bureau shall register for the record and notify it in time. The relevant product review department and product quality inspection agency shall stop the review and inspection of the production license of the product; the review fee, announcement fee and product quality inspection fee that have been collected will not be refunded. 3. From now on, the quality and technical supervision departments at all levels will no longer carry out the investigation and punishment of production licenses for the products involved in the production license administrative examination and approval projects decided to cancel by the State Council.
