3. Structural characteristics:

Instructions for use:

(7) First determine the installation position of the lamp, and then fix the lamp according to the required installation method.

(8) According to the wiring needs, select the left or right side as the cable inlet, and then determine the corresponding rubber sealing ring to insert the cable according to the diameter of the selected φ8-12mm cable.

(9) Open the two flip buttons on the right side of the lamp, lift off the lamp cover, use the special tool provided to unscrew the junction box cover on the side of the incoming cable, unscrew the cap of the pressure post, and introduce one end of the cable from the lead-in port And connect the wires according to the polarity mark on the terminal board, then tighten the cap of the crimping post, then cover the terminal box cover, and tighten it with special tools.

(10) Tighten the compression nut of the cable entry port, then close the lamp cover, fasten the flip buckle, and then plug the cable entry port at the other end with the provided screw plug.

(11) Connect the other end of the cable through the explosion-proof junction box or directly into the explosion-proof switch to connect to the mains, start the switch, and the BXE8400 lamps can work normally.

(12) If multiple lamps are required or used in parallel with other electrical appliances, connect the cable from another cable inlet according to the above method.

4. Precautions for explosion-proof marking lights:

1. After opening the junction box, it must be operated with professional tools.

2. When transporting lamps, foam shock absorption should be installed in the outer packaging carton.

3. The lamps and lanterns must be grounded reliably during installation and use.
