DGY15/24(36)L(A) flameproof locomotive LED light (hereinafter referred to as LED light) is a special lighting fixture for coal mine underground transportation locomotive, and can also be used for the lighting of other mining and transportation machinery and equipment.

The light has the following features:

1) Can be used in places where there is a danger of gas and coal dust explosion;

2) This lamp adopts LED new light source, which has the characteristics of low working voltage, low energy consumption and high luminous efficiency;

3) Impact resistance and vibration resistance;

4) Long service life, the life of the light source can reach 50,000 hours;

5) Environmental protection, the light source does not contain harmful metals.

6) This lamp adopts a wide voltage design, and the applicable voltage range is 24V ~ 36V.

2. Main purpose and scope of application

Main application: The lighting lamp is mainly used for the walking and operation lighting of underground roadheaders and other mining and transportation machinery in coal mines where there is a danger of gas and coal dust explosion. It can also be used for lighting of machinery and equipment in petroleum, chemical and other places with explosive gas hazards.

It can work underground in coal mines where there is a danger of gas and coal dust explosion, the ambient temperature is less than or equal to +40°C, and the relative air humidity is less than or equal to 95% (+25°C).
