Explosion-proof LED tunnel light for mining, also known as LED explosion-proof tunnel light for mining, uses the fourth generation of green light source high-power LED as the light source, carefully designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB3836.1.2.3—2010 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments". The explosion-proof mark is ExdI, and the product complies with GB3836-2010 and MT221-2005 standards. This lamp has passed the inspection of the Shanghai Coal Industry Electrical Explosion-proof Inspection Station.
Features of the explosion-proof LED tunnel light for mining:
1. Uses CREE brand white light LED, maintenance-free. This lamp uses high-power LED as the light source, with low power consumption. Under the same illuminance, the power consumption is 1/10 of incandescent lamps and 1/2 of energy-saving fluorescent lamps. The energy-saving effect is significant.
2. The lamp adopts a unique design with separate chambers for power supply, light source, and wiring, making the entire lamp not only aesthetically pleasing and easy to install but also greatly improving the lamp's explosion-proof, shock-proof, vibration-proof, and heat-resistant performance. All indicators fully comply with national and industry standards for explosion-proof lamps used in mining.
3. Bidirectional lighting, more uniform illumination, long irradiation distance, especially suitable for use in coal mine tunnels.
4. The shell is treated with surface electrostatic spraying technology.
Applications:
Suitable for places with gas (methane) and coal dust explosion hazards in coal mines; the bottom tunnels of mining areas can also be used in tunnels and chambers with significant water flow.
