Explosion-proof LED tunnel for miningThe lamp uses the fourth generation of green light source high-power LED as the light source, widely used for fixed lighting in coal mine tunnels and chambers with explosive mixed gases such as methane and coal dust. It is suitable for safety lighting in flammable and explosive places, used in various indoor and outdoor work sites. For example, in China's coal industry, oil, Sinopec, and other industries, will everyone use it? Below, I will teach you how to use the explosion-proof LED tunnel light for mining and related precautions, hoping to be helpful to you.
Instructions for using explosion-proof LED street lights for mining:
1. Determine the installation location and correct installation method for the lamp and ballast according to the site environment and lighting needs. Prepare a three-core cable of the appropriate length based on the distance from the ballast to the 127V power supply contact.
2. Fix the lamp and ballast at the determined installation location.
3. Tighten the fixing bolts with a socket wrench. One end of the three-core cable is introduced into the ballast chamber through the inlet device at the ballast outlet. Connect the wires to the terminals of the ballast, clamp the three-core cable with a lead clamp, and then tighten the clamping nut.
4. Close the ballast box cover and tighten the fastening bolts, then connect the other end of the three-core cable to the 127V power supply to achieve lighting.
5. When replacing the bulb, please cut off the power first.
6. During transportation, place the lamp in the provided cardboard box and add foam for shock absorption.
7. During use, the surface of the lamp will have a certain temperature rise, which is a normal phenomenon; the center temperature of the transparent part is high and should not be touched.
Warning:
1. Before replacing the light source and disassembling the lamp, the power must be cut off;
2. It is prohibited to turn on the light while it is energized.
3. When checking the circuit or replacing the light source, clean white gloves should be worn.
4. Non-professionals are not allowed to install or disassemble lamps and ballasts at will.
