What kind of energy-saving lamp is a mining support lamp?

Unlike incandescent lamps, the structure of mining bracket lamps is relatively complex. They emit light electronically. The scientific name for energy-saving lamps is compact fluorescent lamps. Its "ancestor" is the fluorescent lamp, which mainly consists of two core components: the iron core ballast and the cathode fluorescent lamp. A small amount of argon gas is filled inside the cathode fluorescent lamp, and the inner wall of the lamp tube is coated with fluorescent material, with electrodes installed at both ends. When the power is turned on, in conjunction with the igniter, the ballast generates a high voltage, causing the cathode of the lamp to emit electrons. These electrons collide with the argon gas molecules inside the tube, generating more electrons. A large number of electrons collide with vapor molecules, transferring energy to them, causing them to emit ultraviolet light. The fluorescent material on the inner wall of the lamp tube absorbs the ultraviolet light and emits visible light, thus lighting up the fluorescent lamp. With the advancement of science and technology, scientists have modified the two core components of mining bracket lamps. This improvement is called energy-saving lamps. They consume 1/5 of the energy but have a lifespan 10 times that of ordinary incandescent lamps.

Due to the complex structure of mining bracket lamps, the condition of any component in the core parts will affect the lighting and illumination of the entire lamp. The lifespan of these electronic components is closely related to the starting time. Experiments show that switching on and off every 5 minutes can reduce the lifespan from the normal 10,000 hours to about 1,000 hours rapidly. In other words, each time a lamp is turned on, its lifespan is shortened by about 1 hour. Although they consume less power, frequently turning them off for a short time will greatly shorten their lifespan. Considering the high price and the energy consumed in the production of energy-saving lamps, it is not advisable to switch them on and off frequently.

What is a mining bracket lamp energy-saving lamp?

1. It is a new generation of lighting source following ordinary energy-saving lamps. In other words, LED is a type of semiconductor light-emitting diode that can directly convert electrical energy into light energy. It uses high-brightness white light-emitting diodes as the light source, which has advantages such as high luminous efficiency, easy control, maintenance-free, low power consumption, long lifespan, and safety and environmental protection. This new generation of solid-state cold light sources is bright and colorful, with soft colors, low loss, and low energy consumption, suitable for public places such as homes, banks, hospitals, hotels, shopping malls, and restaurants. Due to the absence of direct current flashing lights, it provides good protection for the eyes and is also a choice for table lamps and flashlights.

2. Because of its low heat generation, it converts electrical energy into light energy, while ordinary lamps waste a lot of electrical energy by converting it into heat due to high heat generation. Therefore, LED lighting is more energy-efficient. As a category of lighting, it is named after traditional light bulbs and energy-saving lamps. They have a similar appearance to traditional energy-saving lamps, meeting consumers' traditional aesthetic needs while also featuring low cost, no glare, no ghosting, high luminous efficiency, and large luminous area.
