Main Uses and Applicable Scope
The lamp is used in underground coal mines where there is a risk of gas (methane) and coal dust explosions. It is mainly suitable for lighting in mining work faces.
2. Design Requirements for the Lamp
2.1 dgc Installation Requirements: Various installation methods such as U-shaped brackets and suspension rings.
2.2 dgc Shell Requirements: The shell is made of die-cast aluminum, with ribs designed using aerodynamic optimization, and the surface is treated with high-pressure electrostatic spraying. All exposed fasteners are made of stainless steel. The lamp has strong waterproof performance, is dustproof, and explosion-proof, making it suitable for use in underground coal mine tunnels.
2.3 dgc Drive Requirements: The lamp driver adopts a wide voltage design, AC 95-242V. It meets the voltage requirements for mining as per GB3836 and can be safely used in environments with coal safety requirements above ground, with the driver designed to be gel-sealed.
2.4 Light Source Requirements: Imported CREE original LED light source from the USA, with a lifespan of 50,000 hours or more, and light efficiency reaching 142lm/W. When installed at a height of 3m, the vertical illuminance reaches 75Lx.
2.5 Internal Structure Requirements: A quick-plug interface is used between the driver and the light source, eliminating the need for welding operations. The connecting wires inside the lamp should be made of copper, and terminal blocks are used for wiring inside the lamp, with a dedicated grounding terminal.
2.6 Incoming Line Design: The lamp adopts a dual incoming line design with one entry and one exit, equipped with a cable clamp and sealed joint. The incoming line thread is G3/4".
2.7 Lamp Certification: The lamp must provide explosion-proof certification and safety standard certificates applicable to national standards.

Product Features
1. Structure: The lamp consists of a transparent cover, light-emitting diodes, power driver, explosion-proof housing (the housing is made of ZG450 steel casting), and terminal board.
The explosion-proof housing is divided into two parts: the main chamber contains LED light-emitting diodes and the corresponding power driver. The wiring chamber contains the terminal board, and the lead device consists of M36 horn-type compression nuts, sealing rings, and blocking plates.
