　　Installation of explosion-proof LED mine roadway lamps:

　　Generally installed on the top of the roadway. When installing and removing cables, first open the lampshade and disconnect the power supply, then open the top cover. The sealing ring of the inlet device can be used for cables with a diameter of ≥5mm or φ14mm. If using cables of other specifications, please use a sealing ring with a corresponding inner diameter. When connecting wires with terminals, pay attention to maintaining an electrical clearance of ≥5mm. When only one inlet device is used, the other must be blocked with a metal baffle. Connect the power cord to the terminals of the terminal block and connect the ground wire to the grounding screw. Be sure to tighten the flat washer, spring washer, and nut to prevent loosening. The pressure plate prevents the power cord from loosening and falling off. Put the lampshade back in place, pass the power cord through the cable crimping connector and connecting sealing ring, and then tighten the cable crimping connector to ensure that the cable sealing ring is tightly sealed. The transparent cover assembly is connected as a whole with screws at the factory according to explosion-proof requirements, and generally does not need to be disassembled during use and maintenance. After the upper and lower shells are engaged, tighten the fixing screws; otherwise, loosen the fixing screws before opening the transparent cover component. When using, pay attention to check the rubber gasket between the transparent cover and the protective net cover. If there is aging, it should be replaced in time.

　　Troubleshooting:

　　1. Roadway lamp maintenance should be carried out by professional maintenance personnel or professionally trained personnel, and should not be disassembled privately. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble any parts of the underground roadway lamp.

　　2. Do not disassemble any parts of the street lamp without authorization. After damage, a new part of the same type should be purchased, and it should not be replaced by other manufacturers or other types of parts. Symptoms: The lamp does not light up, no voltage is applied, the power cable is disconnected, or the internal wiring of the roadway lamp is disconnected, the LED or driver circuit board is burned out. Check the power input, close the control switch, find and eliminate cable faults, and replace the roadway lamp. If the shell is damaged, the street lamp shell and explosion-proof cable gland are damaged by external force, replace the street lamp.
