The difference between explosion-proof LED mine roadway lights and non-explosion-proof lights

Explosion-proof LED mine roadway lamp It does not have explosion-proof effect in special environments because of its waterproof sealing. An explosion-proof lamp is a lighting fixture with explosion-proof performance. Classified by light source type, there are three types: explosion-proof fluorescent lamps, explosion-proof LED lamps, and metal halide lamps. They are marked with Ex. Used in hazardous locations where combustible gases and dust exist, it can prevent the electric arc, sparks, and high temperature that may be generated inside the lamp from igniting the combustible gases and dust in the surrounding environment, meeting the explosion-proof requirements. The state has certain requirements for explosion-proof lamps, such as sealing performance, dust-proof ability of at least level 4, and waterproof ability of level 0-8. The structure has further protective measures. Non-explosion-proof lamps have no more than one requirement. Ordinary lamps cannot work in special environments because the light source does not have such protection.
Difference between explosion-proof LED mine roadway lamps and non-explosion-proof lamps:
1. Classified by enclosure protection level: In order to prevent dust, solid foreign objects, and water from entering the lamp cavity and contacting or accumulating on energized components, causing flashover, short circuit, or damage to electrical insulation, there are various enclosure protection methods to protect electrical insulation. The characteristic letters "IP" followed by two numbers are used to describe its enclosure protection level. One number indicates the ability to protect people, solid foreign objects, or dust. It is divided into 0-ground level. Explosion-proof LED mine roadway lamps are sealed lamps with dust-proof ability of at least level 4. The second number indicates the waterproof ability, which is divided into 0-bar level.
2. Non-explosion-proof lamps: A lamp is a device that can conduct light, distribute and change the light distribution of the light source, make the light source reliably emit light, and meet the needs of human activities for light. This lamp is called a "stirrup," an ancient edible utensil. The "stirrup (lamp)" is named for its similar appearance. In addition to electric light sources, modern electrical lamps also include optical components, electrical components, and mechanical components.
