What is the purpose of explosion-proof LED roadway lights used in mines?

Due to various Explosion-proof LED mine roadway lamps With the emergence of various LED roadway lamps, their role in industrial enterprises is becoming increasingly significant. With technological advancements, LED roadway lamps continue to develop and innovate. Future explosion-proof LED mine roadway lamps will be better suited to various complex production lighting environments, offering greater stability and efficiency to meet various production needs. They will play an increasingly important role as a bridge and link in industry, agriculture, and other sectors.

Explosion-proof LED mine roadway lamps are environmentally friendly lamps designed using LED light sources. This invention boasts advantages such as small size, light weight, long service life, no pollution, maintenance-free operation, energy efficiency, and high safety. The lamp uses high-lumen, high-power LED light sources, offering high luminous efficiency and a long service life. The light source does not need to be replaced during the lamp's lifespan. The lamp uses a high-pressure die-cast aluminum housing with a powder electrostatic spray coating, rubber seals, and tempered transparent glass, providing excellent high-temperature resistance and aging resistance. It has a complete design, purpose, and application scope: Explosion-proof LED mine roadway lamps are suitable for fixed local lighting in mine tunnels and chambers with explosive mixtures such as methane and coal dust. Strictly prohibited for use in mining faces. Explosion-proof LED mine roadway lamps mainly consist of two parts: a light source assembly (including LED light source, reflector, and electronic component board), and an explosion-proof housing, which includes a die-cast aluminum housing, a tempered transparent glass cover, and rubber seals.

Before installing explosion-proof LED mine roadway lamps, the hanging lamp hook must be securely fixed. The distance between every two lamps should be ≤30 meters. If the power cord is too flexible, additional intermediate hooks should be added. A three-core flame-retardant cable with a ground wire must be used. Unscrew the clamping nuts at both ends of the wiring compartment, remove the upper power cord pressure plate, and open the top cover carefully, avoiding damage to the explosion-proof surface. Place the clamping nut, washer, and sealing ring on the power cord in sequence, and insert the cable into the wiring compartment. Connect the neutral and live wires of the power supply to the copper studs (no polarity requirement), and connect the ground wire to the corresponding position of the cavity. Use a socket wrench and screwdriver to tighten the nuts and ground wire screws; the connection must be reliable.

After adjusting the tightness of the cable in the wiring compartment of the explosion-proof LED mine roadway lamp, tighten the compression nut with a wrench, being careful not to rotate the cable itself. The compression nut must compress the sealing ring to prevent water from entering the cavity, causing short circuits or power damage. Install the power cord pressure plate and tighten the screws at both ends. Carefully install the top cover, check the waterproof sealing ring of the top cover, gently screw the top cover into the wiring compartment, align the connecting holes, and install and tighten the bolts. If the lamps are installed in a cascade mode, the power supply inlet at the end of the cascade must be blocked.
