What kind of energy-saving lamp is a mining LED bracket lamp?
Nov 01,2022
Mining LED bracket light Unlike incandescent lamps, their structure is relatively complex; they emit light electronically. The scientific name for energy-saving lamps is compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs), and their "ancestor" is the fluorescent lamp. Fluorescent lamps are mainly composed of two core components: an iron core ballast and a cathode fluorescent lamp. Cathode fluorescent lamps are filled with a small amount of argon, the inner wall of the lamp tube is coated with fluorescent material, and electrodes are installed at both ends. After connecting to the power supply, with the cooperation of the igniter, the ballast generates high voltage, causing the cathode of the lamp to emit electrons. These electrons collide with argon molecules in the tube to produce more electrons. A large number of electrons collide with mercury vapor molecules and transfer energy to them, causing them to emit ultraviolet light. The fluorescent material on the inner wall of the lamp tube absorbs ultraviolet light and emits visible light, thus lighting up the fluorescent lamp. With the advancement of technology, scientists have improved the two core components of fluorescent lamps. This improved fluorescent lamp is called an energy-saving lamp. Compared to incandescent lamps, under the same brightness, energy-saving lamps consume only 1/5 of the power of ordinary incandescent lamps, but their lifespan is 10 times that of ordinary incandescent lamps.
Due to the complex structure of mining LED bracket lights, the condition of any element in their core components will affect the lighting and illumination of the entire fixture. The lifespan of these electronic components is closely related to the startup time. Experiments show that if an energy-saving lamp is switched on and off every 5 minutes, its lifespan will quickly decrease from the normal 10,000 hours to about 1,000 hours. This means that each time an energy-saving lamp is switched on and off, its lifespan is shortened by about 1 hour. Energy-saving lamps themselves consume little power, so turning them off for a short time will not save much electricity, while frequent switching on and off will significantly shorten their lifespan. Considering that energy-saving lamps are expensive and the production process also consumes energy, frequent switching is not advisable.
What kind of energy-saving lamp is the mining LED bracket light?
1. LED energy-saving lamps are the new generation of lighting sources after ordinary energy-saving lamps. That is, LEDs are semiconductor light-emitting diodes that can directly convert electricity into light. They use high-brightness white light-emitting diodes as light sources and have advantages such as high luminous efficiency, easy control, maintenance-free operation, low power consumption, long lifespan, safety, and environmental friendliness. They are a new generation of solid cold light sources, brilliant and colorful, with soft light, low loss, and low energy consumption. They are suitable for homes, banks, hospitals, hotels, shopping malls, restaurants, and other public places. Because there is no DC flicker, they provide excellent eye protection and are also a good choice for desk lamps and flashlights.
2. Because its calorific value is not high, it converts electrical energy into light energy, while ordinary lamps, due to their high calorific value, waste a large amount of electrical energy converted into heat. Therefore, LED lighting is more energy-efficient. As a category of lighting, LED energy-saving lamps derive their name from traditional lighting incandescent bulbs and energy-saving lamps. Their appearance is similar to traditional energy-saving lamps, which can satisfy consumers' traditional aesthetics, and they also have characteristics such as low cost, no glare, no ghosting, high luminous efficiency, and a large luminous area.
