Usage Method and Related Precautions for Mining Explosion-proof LED Tunnel Lights

The mining explosion-proof LED tunnel light is suitable for safe lighting work in flammable and explosive places, used in various indoor and outdoor workplaces. For example, in the Chinese coal industry, oil, Sinopec, and other industries, will everyone use it? Below, I will teach you the usage method of the mining explosion-proof LED tunnel light and its related precautions, hoping to be helpful to everyone.

Usage instructions for the mining explosion-proof LED tunnel light:

1. Determine the installation location and appropriate installation method for the lamp and ballast according to the site environment and lighting needs. Prepare a three-core cable of the corresponding length based on the distance from the ballast to the 127V power supply connection.

2. Fix the lamp and ballast at the determined installation location.

3. Use a socket wrench to tighten the bolts, and one end of the three-core cable is introduced into the ballast chamber through the inlet device of the ballast output port. Connect the wires to the terminals of the ballast, then use a lead clamp to secure the three-core cable before tightening the compression nut.

4. Close the ballast box cover and tighten the fastening bolts, then connect the other end of the three-core cable to the 127V power supply to achieve lighting.

5. When replacing the bulb, first cut off the power supply.

Precautions for the mining explosion-proof LED tunnel light:

1. When installing and maintaining the lamp, the power supply must be cut off. It is strictly forbidden to operate with power.

2. During use, the surface of the lamp will have a certain temperature rise, which is a normal phenomenon; the center temperature of transparent parts is relatively high and should not be touched.

3. If the external soft cable or wire of this lamp is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a qualified person.

The above is my introduction, hoping to deepen everyone's impression of the mining explosion-proof LED tunnel light.
