The characteristics and usage introduction of explosion-proof LED tunnel lights.

In some flammable and explosive places, explosion-proof LED tunnel lights are needed to complete safety lighting and other tasks. They can also be used in various indoor and outdoor workplaces. So, does everyone know about them? Below, I will introduce the characteristics and usage of explosion-proof LED tunnel lights.

Characteristics of explosion-proof LED tunnel lights:

1. The mining explosion-proof LED tunnel light adopts internationally advanced electronic integrated circuits, with a wide voltage design, capable of operating normally within a large voltage range of 85V to 265V. The light source uses direct current and low voltage power supply, with no flicker or electromagnetic interference, no infrared radiation, and no pollutants such as mercury vapor found in fluorescent lamps. It meets the future production standards for lamps in the European Union, making it a safe and healthy lighting source with significant environmental benefits.

2. Extremely low power consumption, consuming only 1/10 of the electricity of incandescent lamps and 1/2 of energy-saving fluorescent lamps under the same illumination, demonstrating significant energy-saving effects.

3. Reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, small size, light weight, explosion-proof, impact-resistant, vibration-resistant, moisture and heat resistant, good sealing, and maintenance-free.

4. The lamp adopts a unique design that separates the power supply, light source, and wiring into different chambers, making the entire lamp not only aesthetically pleasing and easy to install but also greatly improving its explosion-proof, impact-resistant, vibration-resistant, and heat-resistant performance. All indicators fully comply with national and industry standards for mining explosion-proof lamps.

Usage of explosion-proof LED tunnel lights:

1. Determine the installation location and appropriate installation method for the lamp and ballast based on the site environment and lighting needs. Prepare a three-core cable of the appropriate length according to the distance from the ballast to the 127V power supply connection.

2. Secure the lamp and ballast at the determined installation location.

3. Use a socket wrench to tighten the fixing bolts. One end of the three-core cable is introduced into the ballast chamber through the inlet device at the ballast output, and the wires are connected to the terminals of the ballast. Then, use a lead clamp to secure the three-core cable before tightening the compression nut.

4. Close the ballast box cover and tighten the fixing bolts. Then connect the other end of the three-core cable to the 127V power supply to achieve lighting.

5. When replacing the bulb, first cut off the power supply.

The above is the information compiled by me regarding explosion-proof LED tunnel lights, hoping to be helpful to everyone.
