The use of LED explosion-proof lights and their precautions.

LED tunnel lights are mainly suitable for fixed continuous lighting in various places with explosion-proof requirements, such as tunnels, hoisting tracks, transport channels, ports, and roads in coal mines underground with explosive gases like methane and coal dust. So, does everyone have some understanding of it? Below, I will briefly introduce the use of LED explosion-proof lights and their precautions.
Usage of LED tunnel lights:
1. Determine the installation location and appropriate installation method for the lamps and ballasts based on the site environment and lighting needs, and prepare a corresponding length of three-core cable according to the distance from the ballast to the 127V power supply connection.
2. Secure the lamps and ballasts at the determined installation location.
3. Use a socket wrench to tighten the bolts, and introduce one end of the three-core cable into the ballast chamber through the inlet device at the ballast output. Connect the wires to the terminals of the ballast, then use a wire clamp to secure the three-core cable before tightening the compression nut.
4. Close the ballast box cover and tighten the fastening bolts, then connect the other end of the three-core cable to the 127V power supply to achieve lighting.
5. When replacing the bulb, first cut off the power.
Precautions for LED explosion-proof lights:
1. When installing and maintaining the lamps, the power supply must be cut off, and it is strictly forbidden to operate with power.
2. During use, the surface of the lamp will have a certain temperature rise, which is a normal phenomenon. The center temperature of transparent parts is relatively high and should not be touched.
3. If the external soft cable or soft wire of this lamp is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a qualified person.
