　　 In 2020, our company found in the sales process that the model specification produced and sold by Zhejiang Zhengan Explosion-proof Electric Co., Ltd. is DGC22/127L (A) mine flameproof LED bracket light, and its appearance is the same as our company's announcement on February 8, 2020. The State Intellectual Property Office applied for the design patent of CN306034899S mine explosion-proof lamp, and authorized the announcement on September 4, 2020, and obtained the official "Design Patent Certificate". The production, sale, and promise to sell products of which others enjoy the design patent rights under the permission of our company constitute an infringement of our company's rights. On January 26, 2021 and April 1, 2021, our company sent a lawyer's letter to Zhejiang Zhengan Explosion-proof Electric Co., Ltd. (see Annex 1 and Annex 2 for details), requesting it to immediately stop production, sales, and promise to sell the above-mentioned infringing products. product. Zhejiang Zhengan Explosion-proof Electric Co., Ltd. applied to the State Intellectual Property Office for patent invalidation on May 10, 2021. The collegial panel of the State Intellectual Property Office conducted an oral hearing on August 18, 2021, and finally made a decision to maintain the design patent right of No. ZL2020300480912. decision (Annex 3). Regarding this infringement case, our judicial affairs department, technical department, administrative department and related personnel actively investigated and collected evidence before the case was tried. In the trial, we fought hard, and finally safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of Tamsuo Optoelectronics, improved the distinctiveness of the "Tansuo" trademark, and also reflected our firm determination and persistent action on the road of intellectual property protection.
