DGC22/127L (A) Mine flameproof LED bracket light
Scope of application
It is suitable for underground mining active surfaces and connected roadways. According to the relevant standards of GB3836, MT221 and "Coal Safety Regulations".
Features
1. Structure: The lamp is composed of a transparent cover, a light-emitting diode, a power driver, an explosion-proof casing (the casing is made of ZG450 steel), and a wiring board.
The explosion-proof shell is divided into two parts: the main cavity and the wiring cavity: the main cavity is equipped with LED light-emitting diodes and supporting power drivers. Inside the wiring cavity is the wiring board, and the lead device is composed of M36 trumpet-type compression nut, sealing ring, blocking plate, etc.
2. The light source has high luminous efficiency, green and environmental protection
The lamps use energy-saving green LED light-emitting diodes as light sources, with a light efficiency of ≥90Lm/W, which is about 10 times that of incandescent lamps, and has a significant power-saving effect. The LED light source does not contain harmful substances such as mercury, and does not contain infrared and ultraviolet components, which will not pollute the environment.
3. Long ignition life, basically maintenance-free
The LED light source used in the lamps has an ignition life of more than 50,000 hours, which is more than ten times that of ordinary fluorescent lamps, and can basically be maintenance-free.
