I. Overview

1. Product Features

●The effect of power saving is obvious: under the same brightness, it saves 90% of electricity than ordinary incandescent lamps and 65% of electricity than energy-saving lamps.

●Long lifespan: The average lifespan of the LED light source can reach 50,000 hours, avoiding frequent replacement of bulbs or lamps and achieving maintenance-free.

●Environmental protection: no pollution, no ultraviolet radiation, is a new generation of green lighting.

Wide operating voltage range: the voltage changes within the range of 65~264V, the lamps work normally, and the brightness does not change.

It effectively solves the problem of large and easy-to-burn lamps in downhole voltage fluctuations.

●The product takes the lead in researching a new generation of heat conduction structure, and the lamp has achieved a good heat conduction effect.

2. Main purpose and scope of application

Scope of application: It is suitable for the lighting of all the alleys, chambers, underground parking lots and other places in the coal mine.

2) The relative humidity of the air is less than or equal to 95% (+25°C);

3) It is suitable for places where there is a danger of gas and coal dust explosions in coal mines.

5 Safety Requirements

1) Product explosion-proof type: This product adopts explosion-proof type, and the explosion-proof mark is: ExdⅠ

2) This product is equipped with a safety warning sign, and live operation is strictly prohibited.

3) It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the miner's lamp or replace the parts in the underground. The maintenance and repair of the miner's lamp must be carried out on the ground;

4) It is strictly forbidden for non-professionals to maintain and repair miner's lamps;

2. Structural characteristics and working principle

1. Structural features: The roadway light is composed of power supply cavity, transparent tube cover, light source body, back cover and other components. The structure of the roadway light is shown in the figure.

2. Working principle

The roadway light adopts LED light source, AC 127V input voltage, and explosion-proof lamp structure. After the lamp is assembled and installed, turn on the power supply, the LED light source will light up, and the lamp will work.
