Explosion-proof platinum resistance (using imported platinum resistance elements)
Industrial flameproof platinum resistance is a kind of temperature sensor. It is widely used in industrial automatic control systems. Through the temperature sensor, the temperature parameters of the control object can be turned into electrical signals, which can be transmitted to display, recording and adjustment instruments, and the system can be detected, adjusted and controlled. In chemical plants and production sites, there are often various flammable and explosive chemical gases and vapors. If ordinary platinum resistors are used, it is very unsafe, and it is very easy to cause environmental gas explosions. Therefore, explosion-proof thermocouples must be used as temperature sensors in these occasions. The explosion-proof platinum resistance products produced by our factory are suitable for places with explosive gas hazards in the range of d II BT4~d II CT6 temperature groups. The explosion-proof thermocouple adopts imported elements as temperature sensing elements, and its technical performance conforms to ZBY301-85 industrial platinum electric technical conditions and indexing table. At the same time, the products meet the general requirements of GB3836.1-83 and GB3836.2-83 standards for explosion-proof electrical equipment for explosive environments.

Note: "t" is the absolute value of the actual temperature of the temperature sensing element, and the double platinum resistance resistance only supplies the B-level thermal resistance. The maximum current that can pass through the platinum resistance resistance is not more than 5mA.
2. Explosion-proof type and grade group
Explosion-proof group: d II BT4 or d II CT4; d II BT6 or d II CT6
Shell protection grade: IP54
3. Principle structure
The structure and principle of explosion-proof thermal resistance and assembled thermal resistance are basically the same. The difference is that the junction box (shell) of the explosion-proof product adopts a special explosion-proof structure in design, and the junction box is made of high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting. And it has sufficient internal space, wall thickness and mechanical strength, and the thermal stability of the rubber sealing ring conforms to the national explosion-proof standard. Therefore, when the explosive gas mixture inside the junction box explodes, its internal pressure will not destroy the junction box, and the heat energy generated therefrom cannot be diffused outwards - explosion.
Since the product adopts the above-mentioned special explosion-proof structure, the product can be used in the range of explosion-proof temperature group from d II BT4 to d II CT6. As long as the user strictly follows the product use rules, the product can achieve reliable explosion-proof effect.

4. Explosion-proof grade
The explosion-proof grade of explosion-proof thermal resistance is rigid, and its maximum safety clearance for explosive gas mixtures is divided into three levels: A, B, and C.
5. Temperature group
The temperature group of the internal resistance of the flameproof tropical belt is divided into six groups T1~T6 according to the highest surface temperature of its exposed part.
